ZSS Open House

Our drums boys were involved in ZSS Open House last Friday 24th Nov. We had to set up a booth and also performed on stage. Overall, the turnout was great despite the rain. We sure had a great time entertaining the guests with our Samba number.

This is our new committee for next year.

Drums Practice

There will be drum practice on the 22nd and 23rd November (Wed & Thurs). This practice is for the upcoming Open House on the 24th Nov.

Members please come in your Drums or School attire at 10am in IT RM 3. Instruments have to be taken from the Music Room first. Chairman or Vice Chairman please draw out the music room key from the General Office.

Had our Annual Camp on 7th Nov-9th Nov. It was just a day camp. No overnight. The objectives of this camp is to introduce members to Malay traditional percussion instruments and their history. Another objective, to inculcate team spirit and cooperation. We are also training for the upcoming Open House on the 24th Nov 2006.

Overall, we had fun. We learnt about these traditional percussion instruments and also about one another. We just hope that next year, we get to overnight together.
